采用 Tie Public License

本页概述许可证文本附录中的适用说明。以许可证文本本身为准。

1. 附上许可证全文

把完整的许可证文本放在分发物根目录下名为 LICENSE 的文件中。你可以使用 tie-lang/TPL 仓库中当前版本的文本（tpl.txt，权威且始终最新的文本），或本站发布的各版本副本。

2. 在源文件中加入通知

把下列通知附加到作品上——最有效的做法是置于每个源文件的开头。每个文件至少应包含「copyright」行以及指向完整通知所在位置的指引：

Copyright (C) <year> <name of copyright holder>

This work is released under the Tie Public License, version 2.3 ("TPL-2.3").

3. 交互模式通知

若作品是交互式的，请使其在进入交互模式时输出如下简短通知：

file. This is free material, and you are welcome to redistribute it under

4. 第三方材料

若你的分发物包含第 6 节意义上的第三方材料，请确保随该材料提供的全部第三方通知、资产清单与许可文本依第 6.2 条与第 6.3 条随每一份副本保存并传递。

5. 指定管辖法律与法院

若你打算依第 12.2 条指定管辖法律或法院，请在 LICENSE 文件或通知文件中明确写出该指定，并标明其系依 Tie Public License 第 12.2 条作出。

6. 雇主或学校的版权弃权声明

若你以程序员身份工作，请视需要让你的雇主或学校为该作品签署「版权弃权声明」，使你的贡献可以干净地由你授权。

7. 品牌标识

未经许可人事先书面许可，不得使用许可人名称与品牌标识为源自授权材料的作品作背书或推广（见第 8 节）。这不影响你对自己作品享有的权利。
